Role: Support Agency (SA)

 

Any adult resident of India as individual person/Firm/Company/etc who is interested to run e Governance Services, etc through Hamara Kendra centres (through VLE’s)by deploying and handling technical & operational aspects of at  Hamara Kendra centres in the allotted HUB, can become a Support Agency (SA). The span of area for an SA is called as   a HUB as per Hamara Kendra mapping. A HUB is usually an area which includes 1 (ONE) C D Block OR a multiple of C D Blocks, generally has a population ranging between 3 (THREE) to 5 (FIVE) Lacs.

Summary:

*       Anyone who can deploy and handle Hamara Kendra centres as per Hamara Kendra mapping.

*       Should have preferably fair understanding of Aadhaar/ RSBY /NPR Enrolments/etc.

*       Local to the HUB allotted.

*       ONE experienced Technician mandatory for the allotted HUB.

Eligibility:

 

·         Should have preferably an understanding of e Governance Project(s) by virtue of his / her team (SA Technician) OR himself/herself directly.

·          Willing to identify ,deploy and handle Day-To-Day operations of all Hamara Kendra Centres in the allotted Hub as per the  Humara Kendra guidelines within a span of 3 (THREE) months from the Date of registration on the Hamara Kendra Management System.

·         Should have a readymade network and/or willingness to interact with the Local Government Officials within the allotted areas and when required for operational requirements of the project.

·         Should either himself / herself work as full time Technician or have an experienced & well-trained full time SA technician mandatorily to coordinate the daily operations.

 

Responsibility:

 

·         Identify, deploy and handle the technical aspects of Hamara Kendra Centres in the allotted HUB through Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE’s) /Services Center owner (SCO).

·         Appoint at least 1 (ONE) full time Technician for handling day to day technical and operational issues raised by VLE’s/ SCO’s.

·         Manage day-to-day operation including transition and delivery of Humara Kendra products and services as intimated /updated from time to time. 

·         Coordinate with the Hamara Kendra representatives and the local team to develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.

·         Suggest Humara Kendra representatives on new products/Services features to be developed to meet current and future requirements of the local citizens and in turn help increase the revenues of the ‘Hamara Kendra’ Centres.

·         Initiate and build relationships with the VLE’s through phone, preventive maintenance of software/hardware, in-person contacts, and presentations on regular basis.

·         Run the operations smoothly by providing seamless technical and operational support.

·         Maintain and share a database of potential VLE’s contact details.

·         Work closely with management / local sales and operations team to deliver business services with high level of VLE/Citizen/customer satisfaction

·         Assist in achieving targeted revenues from current and new VLE’s.

·         Send performance reports as stipulated by Humara Kendra on daily /Monthly/weekly basis as intimated from time to time.

 

Other basic Terms & Conditions:

·         Must have well trained Technician in the allotted HUB, having at least 1 [ONE] year experience in Aadhaar OR NPR OR RSBY Enrolment Operation as Technician.SA, if qualifies, can appoint him/herself as Technician in the allotted HUB.

·         Detailed Terms and condition will be included in the Agreement.
