Role: DA – District Agency

Any adult resident of India as individual person/Firm/Company/etc and is already running an Electronic Shop OR Technical Support Centre for at least 2 years at the city of a district and is interested to provide all the technical especially hardware related support to Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLE) / Service Centre Owners (SCO) who are delivering e Governance Services, etc through Hamara Kendra centers, can become a District Agency (DA). The span of area is a DISTRICT as per Hamara Kendra mapping

Summary:

Should be running a Computer/Peripherals shop/service point in the Headquarter / City of the District for at least TWO years

Apart from regular Hardware Technicians, ONE mandatory Coordinator required

Little investments, large hardware Business opportunities

An opportunity of becoming a service centre / dealer of our other device suppliers also

Eligibility:

• Any legal resident of India as individual person/Firm/Company/any interested entity can be a DA of Hamara Kendra Project initiated by IPS e Services Pvt. Ltd. [Erstwhile ’Numbertree Advisor Pvt. Ltd’.]
• Should already be running an Electronic Shop OR running a Hardware Support Shop for at least 2 years at the city of a district.
• Should have a rate card for each Hardware and Services offered and must submit before registration on Hamara Kendra.
• Should be willing to interact with the Support Agency (SA).
• Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLE) / Service Centre Owners (SCO), Project Cluster In-charge (PCI) or any other representative of Hamara Kendra ecosystem as informed from time to time.
• Should either himself / herself work as full time Hardware Technician or have 1 (ONE) or 2 (TWO) experienced & well-trained full time Hardware Technician mandatorily to coordinate and fulfill the daily technical especially Hardware requirements in the District.

Responsibility:

· Service all the VLE’s through the respective SA’s for all the Hardware requirements within the SLA/stipulated timeline.

• Dedicate 1 (ONE) Coordinator with technical background for coordinating between Hamara Kendra local team and the VLE’s/SA’s.

· Train regularly about the frequently used hardware and the issues to all the staff involved in this project

· Initiate and build relationships and work closely with SA’s and VLE’s. Keep the Project Cluster In-charge (PCI).

· Send performance reports as stipulated by Humara Kendra on daily/weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis as intimated from time to time

· Handle the Hamara Kendra authorized suppliers affirmatively. Hamara Kendra suppliers may make DA’s their Service and Distribution points mutually, if find eligible.

Other basic Terms & Conditions:

· Adherence to SLA’s will be mandatory

· Rate list for all the hardware services and parts to be declared to be a part of the Agreement

· DA, if qualifies, can appoint himself / herself as a Hardware Technician in the allotted District.

· Detailed Terms & Conditions will be included in the Agreement

Rate Card: DA has to charge the VLE’s only through the priorly declared Rate Card. List of charges of Hardware Parts and services offered to VLE’s in the allotted areas by DA has to be submitted before start of work and this has to be a part of the Agreement / SLA.

OTHER EARNING POTENTIAL: Once your registration formalities are completed, you can also earn by referring to someone who is interested to work with us as VLE, Support Agency, and Business Associate, Regional Partner& District Agency in areas not allotted to you.
