Role: Business Associate
(BA)
Any adult resident of India as individual
person/Firm/Company/ etc who is interested to run e Governance Services, etc
through Hamara Kendra centers by deploying and handling technical &
operational support to at least 18 (EIGHTEEN) VLE’s through 3 (THREE) Support
Agencies (SA) in the District of interest, can become a Business Associate
(BA). The span of area is 1 (ONE) District or multiple districts within the
cluster usually having a population ranging between 1.5 to 3.5 Lacsas per the
area controlled by a Project Cluster In-Charge (PCI) of IPS.
Summary:
Anyone who can open at least 18 Hamara Kendra’s
through its appointed SA’s and VLE’s.
Should have preferably fair understanding of handing
Business operations.
Local to the Cluster allotted.
Cluster Coordinator mandatory.
Eligibility:
Responsibility:
·
Identify,
deploy & handle the technical & operational aspects of Hamara Kendra
Centres in the allotted Cluster through your appointed SA’s.
· Train &manage, transition and delivery of company’s products and services as may be intimated/updated from time to time.
·
Conduct
suitable marketing initiatives in the allotted region.
·
Coordinate
with the management / execution team from Company to develop and implement new
marketing and sales strategies.
·
Suggest Company
management on new products/Services features to be developed to meet current
and future requirements of the local citizens and in turn help increase the
revenues of the ‘Hamara Kendra’ Centres.
·
Identify
and qualify new Ecosystem Partners based on company’s business model and
guidelines.
· Initiate and build relationships with the concern Ecosystem Partners through phone, marketing mailer campaigns, in-person contacts, and presentations.
·
Coordinate
appointments, meetings and calls between Ecosystem Partners and Company senior
management for business expansions and new opportunities.
·
Maintain a
database of potential Ecosystem Partners contact numbers and email ID’s.
·
Assist
Company management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence
and other business development objectives.
·
Work
closely with management / local sales and operations team to deliver business
services with high level of customer satisfaction.

Assist in
achieving targeted revenues from current and new Ecosystem Partners.
·
Send
performance reports as stipulated by the company on daily / weekly/ monthly/
quarterly/ yearly basis.
Other basic Terms & Conditions:
·
Must have a
well trained Cluster Coordinator [for every 3
(Three) appointed SA’s] having an experience of at least 2 (TWO) years
in handling operations mandatorily, to coordinate the daily operations of the
allotted cluster. BA, if qualifies, can
appoint him/herself as Cluster Coordinator (for the first 3 (THREE) set of
SA’s) in the allotted Cluster.
